Job Summary

Lead and develop a team of up to 12 freight brokerage sales representatives to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across truckload, LTL, and freight solutions. Conduct coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, and performance discussions; monitor sales activity and KPIs; recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members; assist with pricing strategies, customer presentations, and closing opportunities. Partner with operations to ensure customer satisfaction and retention; ensure CRM compliance and adherence to sales processes; support adoption of sales best practices and operational alignment.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of freight brokerage sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of truckload brokerage, spot and contract freight, margin management, and customer acquisition
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
