Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering strong relationships, resolving issues, and identifying revenue growth opportunities. Track and trace account performance, analyze trends, and provide recommendations to improve service while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution, deliver regular updates on status and metrics, and act promptly on operational disruptions. Travel up to 10% of the time to CJ Logistics America locations or customer sites. Manage account profitability by balancing client cost expectations with company margin goals and participate in regular on-call, after-hours, or weekend rotations. This bilingual role supports CJ Logistics America's North American freight brokerage operations, specializing in regulated industries like food, healthcare, and automotive.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in account management, logistics, or a related customer-facing role
- Fluent in Korean and English (written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to be client-focused with a commitment to building long-term relationships
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Travel up to 10% of the time to CJ Logistics America locations or customer sites
- Manage account profitability by balancing client cost expectations with company margin goals
- Regular, on-site presence is required (4) days per week or as otherwise directed by the company
- Work hours may vary by shift assignment and may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business needs

Desired Qualifications

- Experience in the freight brokerage or logistics industry
