Freight Broker

Transportation Broker role focused on managing shipping logistics for cargo, including daily check calls on loads in transit, handling customer inquiries, strengthening relationships with shippers and carriers, and originating freight-bill documentation. Core duties include customer acquisition and relationship development, pricing strategy and rate negotiations, carrier management, daily load tracking, and ensuring compliant, efficient brokerage operations. Key skills include customer service orientation, negotiation, problem solving, time management, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. A college degree is highly desired or equivalent experience. Location-based: Cordova, TN (onsite).
