Job Summary
Transportation Broker role focused on managing incoming/outgoing shipping logistics, performing daily check calls on loads, resolving customer inquiries, and originating freight-bill documentation. Responsibilities include customer acquisition and problem solving, relationship building with shippers and carriers, consultation to identify customer needs, delivering exceptional service, carrier management and pricing, rate negotiation, and daily logistics execution to uphold company standards. Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Freight Brokerage or customer service
- College degree highly desired or equivalent experience
