Freight Audit and Payments Analyst

Job Summary
Freight Audit and Payments Analyst to support FAP regional leads, reconcile freight invoices with suppliers, analyze freight data for cost-out opportunities, and develop reports and visualizations to guide logistics and procurement decisions across multiple regions. Strong Excel, data analysis, and carrier interaction experience required; multi-country exposure and logistics/supply chain background preferred. Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting/business with logistics emphasis and 3–7 years of relevant experience expected. The role involves cross-training across regions and collaborating with internal data management teams to standardize analytics and improve operating efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business (with emphasis in Logistics/Supply Chain Management), or related discipline
- 3-7 years’ experience in Logistics/Transportation, Supply Chain and/or Operations processes and systems
- Freight Audit and Payment experience a plus
- Experience and understanding of transportation rates and accessorial charges a plus
- Carrier/supplier interaction experience
- Quantitative analysis skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and data handling
- Ability to manage data from multiple sources and utilize data query tools
- Formal data analytics training (statistics, machine learning, clustering) a plus
- 2 years’ experience in a multi-country environment with diverse cultures
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
