Job Summary
Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance while replenishing, stocking, and straightening merchandise across the sales floor. Keep the environment clean, neat, and fully organized by removing empty cardboard, folding apparel, and ensuring accurate signage. Replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food items, utilizing a pallet jack as needed. Maintain club policies and procedures with honesty and integrity, escalating concerns appropriately to ensure a safe and positive experience. Deliver consistent GOLD Member Standards through daily commitment to fast, friendly, full, fresh, and clean execution.
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully complete required training and certification processes
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Ability to move continuously on hard surfaces
- Ability to bend, climb, crawling, pulling, reaching, stooping
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds
- Ability to lift and move heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance
- Ability to use a pallet jack to pull and push pallets
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures in freezers and coolers
- Ability to be exposed to company authorized cleaning agents
