Freezer Associate - Stacker/Palletizing

Job Summary
Palletize and prepare finished ice cream products for shipping as part of the production crew. Train in multiple stations covering quality control, robotic palletizing, manual palletizing, and forklift operation while maintaining strict food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices standards. Observe all safety procedures and perform assigned tasks in a manufacturing environment requiring the ability to lift 25-50 pounds, stand for the majority of the shift, and complete twisting and reaching motions. Work Monday through Friday in the first shift from 4:30am to approximately 2:30pm, with consistent overtime pay available after 40 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to walk and/or stand for majority of shift
- Must be able to complete twisting and reaching motions while seated
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment drug screens and criminal background checks
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Food manufacturing environment experience preferred
