Job Summary
Stack and load boxes from the production line onto pallets following specific patterns, ensuring labels face outward and lot numbers are positioned outside. Maintain compliance with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Work unsupervised with a sound work ethic, adhering to safety protocols and wearing required PPE. The role involves exposure to cold temperatures and raw animal odors, with a requirement to work nights, weekends, and holidays. On-the-job training is provided day one.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times in areas where required
- Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
