Job Summary
Teach freestyle skiing in a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment while ensuring a positive, memorable experience for athletes and staff. Create quality experiences by showing empathy and care for individual progress. Maintain the highest level of professionalism by adhering to uniform requirements, grooming policies, and demonstrating loyalty to athletes and the company. Attend both mandatory and optional training clinics and workshops to advance snow sports education. Work with peers and athletes to help them grow and excel in their discipline, navigating all weather conditions and park setups.
Required Qualifications
- Experienced freestyle skier with a strong understanding of technique, skills development, and competition setups (e.g., rail jam, slopestyle, big air, ski cross)
- Knowledge of park setup and the ability to teach athletes how to navigate these environments
- Ability to work well with peers and athletes, driven to see athletes grow and excel in their discipline
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
