Job Summary
Korean-speaking Player Support Agent provides customer service and technical issue resolution via email, chat, social media, and other platforms. Responsibilities include handling multiple concurrent interactions, diagnosing issues across computer, mobile app, and console environments, identifying trends, escalating real-time issues to clients or supervisors, translating between Korean and English, and producing reports/minutes in Korean and/or English. Requires fluent English and Korean, ability to work on weekends/holidays with a fixed schedule, strong communication skills, gamer perspective understanding, and a customer-service mindset. 1-year contract with remote work option; locations include Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and South Korea. Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Korean
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays with fixed schedule
- Strong written and spoken communication in English and Korean
- Customer service experience or gaming interest preferred

- Team player with good analytical skills
