Job Summary
Transcribe 2-speaker, channel-separated Albanian audio recordings into clean, sequential transcripts with speaker labels (Speaker 1/2) and timestamps (HH:MM:SS). Type out full dialogue accurately, ensuring zero speaker label errors and maintaining a Word Error Rate of 5% or less. Submit daily output meeting quality thresholds, with files failing the standard returned for correction. Complete a 5-minute qualification sample to pass onboarding. Commit to at least 4 hours daily for this remote, flexible contract role.
Required Qualifications
- Native or near-native fluency in Albanian (spoken and written)
- Strong written Albanian — accurate spelling, punctuation, and grammar
- Ability to work independently and meet daily output targets
- Access to a computer with a stable internet connection
- Availability for at least 4 hours per day
