Job Summary
Visit client sites to deliver high-quality training on the SchoolGrid platform and conduct pre-installation site visits for setting up computer terminals. Represent SchoolGrid professionally while strictly adhering to school protocols, safeguarding procedures, and data protection standards. You will provide patient guidance to staff and caterers, ensuring they fully utilize the system with a methodical problem-solving approach. This freelance role offers flexible scheduling with mileage and expense allowances, supported by full onboarding and shadowing with experienced staff before solo site visits.
Required Qualifications
- prior experience in a client facing training role
- track record of successfully onboarding or training on a product, system, or process
- experience demonstrating how things work and guiding users patiently through a learning curve
