Job Summary
Conduct on-site training for SchoolGrid staff at client schools and caterers while managing physical terminal installations during pre-installation site visits. Represent the company professionally to build trusted relationships, strictly adhering to school protocols, safeguarding procedures, and data protection standards. Deliver patient guidance to users navigating new systems and maintain punctual, reliable attendance across flexible freelance assignments. Full training and shadowing with experienced staff are provided before solo site visits.
Required Qualifications
- prior experience in a client facing training role
- track record of successfully onboarding or training on a product, system, or process
- experience demonstrating how things work and guiding users patiently through a learning curve
