Job Summary
Visit client sites to train new and existing staff on the SchoolGrid platform and conduct pre-installation site visits for efficient terminal setup. Represent SchoolGrid professionally while strictly adhering to school protocols, safeguarding procedures, and data protection standards. Ensure punctual attendance and deliver a reliable, consistent service to caterers and school personnel. Full training and shadowing with experienced staff are provided before solo site visits. This role offers flexible freelance work with mileage and expense allowances, supported by ongoing growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company serving the UK education sector.
Required Qualifications
- prior experience in a client facing training role
- track record of successfully onboarding or training on a product, system, or process
