Job Summary
Conduct on-site training for SchoolGrid staff and caterers at client schools across the UK, while managing pre-installation site visits and setting up computer terminals. Represent the company professionally to build trusted relationships, strictly adhering to school protocols, safeguarding procedures, and data protection standards. Deliver patient guidance to users navigating the SchoolGrid platform, ensuring reliable and punctual service. Full training and shadowing are provided before solo site attendance. This flexible freelance role includes mileage and expense allowances, with opportunities for growth within our expanding school technology solutions team.
Required Qualifications
- prior experience in a client facing training role
- track record of successfully onboarding or training on a product, system, or process
