Job Summary
Conduct on-site training for SchoolGrid staff and caterers at client schools across the UK, delivering high-quality support to ensure platform adoption. Complete pre-installation site visits and efficiently set up SchoolGrid computer terminals, taking ownership of the physical setup. Represent the company professionally while strictly adhering to school protocols, safeguarding procedures, and data protection standards. Maintain punctual attendance and provide a reliable, consistent service to clients. Full training and shadowing with experienced staff are provided before solo site visits. A valid DBS certificate is required, along with the ability to travel locally and further afield. This role offers flexible freelance work with mileage and expense allowances.
Required Qualifications
