Job Summary
Conduct market research, identify and engage qualified candidates or vendors, and negotiate contracts to manage the end-to-end procurement or recruitment process. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners or candidates while ensuring alignment with organizational goals through effective collaboration with internal stakeholders. Utilize strong analytical skills to assess market trends, evaluate data, and leverage proficiency in contract negotiation to secure favorable terms. Manage multiple priorities independently in a remote setting, applying knowledge of recruiting, talent acquisition, and supply chain management practices to meet specific needs.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and evaluate data
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Experience in Recruiting and talent acquisition processes
- Knowledge of Procurement and supply chain management practices
- Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple priorities
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sourcing, business, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with industry tools and platforms is a plus
