Job Summary
Conduct market research, identify qualified candidates or vendors, and negotiate contracts to manage end-to-end procurement or recruitment processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners while ensuring alignment with organizational goals through effective collaboration with internal stakeholders. Assess market trends, evaluate data, and liaise with clients, vendors, and teams to meet talent or procurement needs. This full-time remote role requires strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in contract negotiation, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and evaluate data
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Experience in Recruiting and talent acquisition processes
- Knowledge of Procurement and supply chain management practices
- Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple priorities
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sourcing, business, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with industry tools and platforms is a plus
