Job Summary
Freelance Recruiter for Staff Talent Acquisition at a leading law firm. Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional staff across multiple departments, sourcing and attracting external and internal candidates, partnering with 100+ hiring managers, and driving equitable hiring practices. Develop and execute recruiting strategies, leverage sourcing tools and branding to attract top legal talent, conduct initial screenings, present candidates to managers, negotiate offers, and maintain candidate confidentiality. Support firm-wide talent acquisition branding and continuous process improvements, while adhering to legal requirements and firm policies.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years recruiting experience
- full-cycle recruiting
- experience sourcing passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches
- strong communication skills
- emotional intelligence and active listening
- relationship-building with hiring managers
- ability to travel as needed
