Job Summary
Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels while collaborating with clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage, maintaining consistent communication with both candidates and clients. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing needs. This fully remote opportunity allows you to manage your workload independently with a flexible schedule. You will work with an international network of recruitment professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and online platforms
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach
