Job Summary
Source qualified candidates for food manufacturing, FMCG, and supply chain roles across Malaysia using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach. Conduct initial screenings to assess experience, salary expectations, and motivation, then provide shortlists within agreed timelines. Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate candidate information while communicating effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders. Deliver passive candidates independently without relying on job advertisements.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Recruitment Consultant in Malaysia
- Chinese-speaking capability
- Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates for food manufacturing, FMCG, or related manufacturing companies
- Strong knowledge of the Malaysia talent market and local recruitment channels
- Proven ability to independently source passive candidates and build talent pipelines
- Strong screening, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Able to work independently and deliver qualified candidates within agreed timelines
Desired Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing-related roles such as Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, R&D, Sales, and Finance
- Existing network of candidates within the Malaysian food manufacturing or FMCG industry
- Experience recruiting both specialist and managerial-level positions
- Experience working on freelance, project-based, or success-fee recruitment assignments
