Job Summary
Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored for specific audiences, translating complex data into clear visual storytelling with a focus on minimalism and precise information hierarchy. Elevate presentations using custom fonts, elegant animations, and perfect visual consistency while enforcing a polished, persuasive, and premium corporate-meets-creative style across all deliverables. Execute formatting quality standards through meticulous validation of visual alignment, pacing, and brand adherence before final delivery. This freelance role supports the Tendem project, connecting specialists with innovative AI technology initiatives. Contributors work on their own schedule, with tasks estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active phases.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization
- Candidates must have a strong portfolio featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization
- A methodical, detail-oriented approach
- The ability to work independently
- The ability to transform complex narratives into premium visuals
- Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, etc., for building complex, dynamic, and perfectly animated decks
- Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma to create custom graphics and layouts
- Ability to translate complex data and multi-level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling
- Advanced skills in working with custom fonts and smooth, elegant animations for premium deliverables
- Hands-on experience creating high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-directed work ethic
- The ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently
- English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above
