Job Summary
Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored for specific audiences, translating complex data into clear visual storytelling with a focus on minimalism and precise information hierarchy. Elevate presentations using custom fonts, elegant animations, and perfect visual consistency to enforce a polished, persuasive, and premium corporate-meets-creative style. Execute formatting quality standards through meticulous validation of visual alignment, pacing, and brand adherence before final delivery. This freelance role involves creating deliverables for the Tendem project, which connects specialists with innovative AI technology initiatives. Tasks are estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active phases, with compensation up to $40 per hour equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields
- Candidates must have a strong portfolio featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization
- A methodical, detail-oriented approach
- The ability to work independently
- Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, etc., for building complex, dynamic, and perfectly animated decks
- Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma to create custom graphics and layouts
- Ability to translate complex data and multi-level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling
- Advanced skills in working with custom fonts and smooth, elegant animations for premium deliverables
- Hands-on experience creating high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-directed work ethic
- The ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently
- English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above
