Job Summary
Independent Media Pro (freelance) responsible for capturing and delivering real estate media including photos, video, aerials, floor plans, and more. The role supports shooting up to 3–4 properties per day, with each property typically taking 1–2 hours. Media Pros are hired as independent contractors and paid per service (photos, video, floor plans, aerials, etc.), with additional compensation for extended travel. Responsibilities include uploading media by 8PM on shoot days, professional interaction with clients and homeowners, and maintaining scheduling via a Google calendar. Must be able to travel on the road and drive up to 30% of the workday. Part 107 drone certification is required for drone operations and ongoing training on NDP standards is expected. Equipment list is provided by NDP; candidates must bring or have the listed gear. Pay ranges from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, with flexible scheduling and on-the-road work location.
