Job Summary
Freelance Part-Time HR Coordinator to assist with the hiring/onboarding of the Sports remote freelance population, leveraging SCORE (internal system) and SAP. Liaise with HR Operations and Payroll to ensure timely processing and payment. Assist with the recruitment process as needed, partnering with Sports HR and Talent Acquisition (SAP, Smart Recruiter). HRIS transactions as needed. Ad hoc reporting as needed. This role requires 2+ years HR/data entry/administration experience and a Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidate should maintain confidentiality, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a passion for sports. Location: Stamford, CT; Overtime/weekend availability expected as needed. This is a project-based/limited-term position with an estimated duration up to 6 months.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of work experience in HR, data entry, or administration
- Bachelor’s Degree: HR or related field
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be organized
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion
- Transactional experience using HR systems
- Strong in interpersonal & communication skills
- Process and detail oriented
- Passion for Sports!
- Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT
- Must be willing to work overtime and/or on weekends when needed
