Job Summary
Design and build scalable Notion workspaces by creating databases, dashboards, documentation, and custom workflows. Develop internal operating systems and templates while advising on best practices and recommending improvements. Support ad hoc enhancements as new requirements arise, focusing on continuous improvement rather than one-off builds. This ongoing freelance engagement spans three months with an immediate start, offering potential for an extended relationship within Whiteshield's global network of strategists working on national labour and climate policy challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience building advanced Notion workspaces
- A portfolio of previous Notion projects
- Experience with complex databases, relations, rollups and formulas
- Strong communication skills and the ability to turn ideas into practical solutions
- A proactive approach, bringing recommendations rather than simply following instructions
