Job Summary
Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brands in-store, online, or both; provide objective feedback on customer experiences; select assignments aligned with profile; complete post-evaluation questionnaires; comply with project objectives and brand-specific requirements. Must be 21+, must be an existing client of premium/luxury brands, not contractually engaged with any retail brands, and demonstrate punctuality, organization, attention to detail, reliability, and an observant, customer-experience-focused mindset. No prior experience needed; opportunities span fashion, jewelry, cosmetics, watches, automotive, and more; platform-based onboarding via live.cxg.com and flexible mission-based assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Existing client of premium and luxury brands.
- Not contractually engaged with any retail brands, to maintain integrity.
- Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, reliable.
- Observant, passionate about customer experience.
