Job Summary
As a freelance luxury brand evaluator, you will discreetly assess customer experiences for premium brands by visiting stores or evaluating online experiences. You’ll observe ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience, then provide honest feedback through questionnaires on the CXG platform. Opportunities are flexible, with in-store visits typically around 20 minutes and multiple missions per month. Compensation is provided for mission time, with possible reimbursement for approved purchases. No prior experience is required, and you must be 18+ with current exposure to premium brands. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Current customer of premium and luxury brands

- Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Observant and passionate about customer experience
