Job Summary
Lux brand evaluator to visit luxury stores or evaluate online, providing honest feedback on ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience. Complete missions with flexible timing (each in-store visit ~20 minutes), potentially including purchase-based reimbursements. Responsibilities include selecting assignments aligned with preferences, observing and evaluating both in-store and online experiences, and completing questionnaires to share observations. Must be 18+, currently a customer of premium/luxury brands, impartial to brands, and reliable. Training includes profile completion, certification, and mission access through CXG Live platform; compensation varies by mission complexity with reimbursement for purchases when applicable. Remote/online evaluation is supported, with in-person store visits part of the role across luxury industries.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
- Not currently under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality.
- Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Observant and passionate about customer experience.
- No prior experience is required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers.
