Job Summary
Luxurious-brand evaluator (freelance/contract) role focusing on discreetly assessing customer experiences for premium brands. Responsibilities include visiting luxury stores or evaluating online experiences, observing ambiance and service quality, and providing candid feedback via questionnaires. Missions are assignment-based with flexibility to select based on personal interests, including potential reimbursement for purchases. Candidates must be at least 18, punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented; prior experience is not required. Compensation is mission-based with the possibility of purchase reimbursements. Requires registration and certification through CXG platform; operate across luxury fashion, beauty, jewelry, or automobiles, with assignments spanning in-store and online evaluations. Locations include Antalya and Marmaris in Turkey, with remote/visitation depending on mission, and opportunities to collaborate with iconic brands globally.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Current customer of premium and luxury brands
- Not currently under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality
- Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Observant and passionate about customer experience
- No prior experience is required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers
