Job Summary
Evaluate luxury brands by visiting stores or evaluating online, providing honest feedback on ambiance, service quality, and customer experience. Manage multiple missions with brands across fashion, beauty, jewelry, and automobiles, using questionnaires to share observations. Flexible assignments offered via CXG platform; some in-store visits (approx. 20 minutes each) and online evaluations, with reimbursement for approved purchases on mission briefs. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
