Job Summary
Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for the full campaign lifecycle, identifying and negotiating with Romanian influencers to align with brand objectives. Coordinate deliverables across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook while developing local campaign concepts and monitoring execution to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met. Support clients and creators during on-site activations in Romania as needed, preparing performance reports and actionable recommendations. Maintain long-term partnerships with influencers and industry partners by staying current on local social media trends and cultural insights.
Required Qualifications
- Native Romanian speaker
- Excellent knowledge of the Romanian market and culture
- Fluent English, at least C1 level
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, client service, account management, digital marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the Romanian influencer landscape and social media ecosystem
- Confidence in managing clients, creators, negotiations, deadlines, and multiple campaigns independently
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, responsible, and results-oriented approach
- Creativity and the ability to translate client objectives into relevant influencer campaigns
- Availability to support selected events or campaign activations in Romania when necessary
- Ability to work remotely on a freelance basis

- Experience working with international brands or media agencies
