Job Summary
Freelance Grafikdesigner_in (Brand & Fashion) wählt und prägt visuelle Markenidentitäten für Fashion- und Lifestyle-Brands – vom ersten Konzept bis zur finalen Umsetzung. Aufgaben umfassen Entwicklung visueller Konzepte und Markenidentitäten, Gestaltung von Logos, Typografie, Farbwelten und Layoutsystemen, Umsetzung grafischer Elemente für Kollektionen (Prints, Pattern, Labels, Packaging), Erstellung von Lookbooks, Kampagnen-Visuals und Social-Media-Content, Bildbearbeitung, Retusche, Motion Design & kurze Videoformate (Reels, Edits, Casevideos) sowie Mitwirkung im Webdesign (WordPress) und eigenständige Projektsteuerung. Flexible, projektbasierte Zusammenarbeit mit der Möglichkeit einer späteren Teilzeit- oder Vollzeitübernahme; Standort Berlin mit Bereitschaft vor Ort zu arbeiten; remote oder vor Ort je nach Projektphase. Required Qualifications
- 1–5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in an agency or fashion/lifestyle branding environment
- willingness to work on-site for certain project phases in the Berlin office
- fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- strong portfolio focused on brand aesthetics, layout systems, typography, and content design
- completed studies or equivalent design education; portfolio can compensate for formal degree
- excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
- experience in motion design and video editing for social media and digital platforms
- comfort with AI-powered tools for image generation, motion/video, layout, and concept development
- structured, autonomous work style with team spirit and high design quality
- strong sense for visual trends, storytelling, and brand-appropriate design
