Freelance Finance Managers (Talent Pool)

Lead and manage financial operations for client organizations during critical periods, including growth, restructuring, or transitions. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models while preparing and analyzing statements and management reports. Oversee compliance with international standards such as UK, US GAAP, and IFRS, and coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders. Provide strategic advice on financial planning, risk, and performance improvement, and support ERP implementation or process enhancements. This role requires a minimum of seven years of progressive experience in financial management, familiarity with international organizations, and a degree in Accounting or Finance. Candidates must own a laptop and maintain a stable connection to work remotely from anywhere in South Africa.
