Job Summary
The Target Market Media is seeking freelance journalists, editors, essayists, and writers to create original features and content for its publications. Ideal candidates will have professional experience in the fashion and art space, showcasing innovative ideas and an understanding of the connection between art, fashion, and culture. Responsibilities include pitching original content in addition to completing assignments from the editorial team. Applicants must submit work samples and complete a short edit test.
Required Qualifications
- Past Editorial/Writing experience with work samples (REQUIRED)
- A strong and distinguished voice and strong editing eye
- Ability to communicate effectively and take ownership of multiple projects
Desired Qualifications
- Editorial experience at a print or digital magazine preferred
- Familiarity with digital/print marketing space and enthusiasm for working with creatives
- Familiarity with emerging and established designers and products
