Job Summary
Lead planning, scheduling, and execution for assigned experiential activations by translating creative briefs into production plans and overseeing fabrication, permitting, and onsite operations. Manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and handle staffing workflows while balancing creative problem-solving with operational precision to deliver projects on time and within budget. Track invoices, payments, and reconciliation through project close, contributing production expertise to pitches and proactive opportunities. This temporary assignment has potential to convert to full-time, requiring hybrid availability with travel and flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in experiential or live event production
- Experience managing mid- to large-scale production budgets
- Proven vendor management and production execution experience
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Box, Asana, and related tools
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Availability to work a hybrid schedule, 3 days/week in office
