Job Summary
Manage operational planning and execution for live brand experiences, ensuring safe delivery across licensing, venue sourcing, production logistics, and show management. Collaborate creatively with clients and stakeholders to implement executional plans, monitor budgets, and track workloads via Monday.com. Lead day-to-day management of your event delivery team, briefing staff to meet OBE London standards while maintaining strong supplier relationships. Deliver innovative solutions that push boundaries and ensure consistency across all live experience touch points.
Required Qualifications
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in an event delivery role
- Have high level competence in event production
- Have a proven track record of managing experiences in a variety of settings
- Have a DNA of fresh thinking to create disruptive campaigns
- Have excellent communication skills
- Are highly organised
- Are competent in using agency project tracking and finance platforms
- Have great interpersonal skills
- Are a problem solver and solutions driven
- Have the vision and the ability to see the big picture
