Job Summary
Conduct evaluations, policy analysis, and impact assessments for European Commission, EU Agencies, and international organizations across domains including energy markets, digital transformation, sustainability, and public governance. Lead multidisciplinary teams, design surveys, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to support high-profile proposals and implementation projects. Maintain long-term freelance collaboration on diverse assignments while expanding professional visibility within the European consulting market.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- Proven experience in evaluation, monitoring, policy analysis, impact assessment or applied research
- Previous participation in projects funded by the European Commission, EU Agencies, International Organisations or Public Authorities
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Experience conducting interviews, surveys, stakeholder consultations and data analysis
- Strong analytical, report writing and presentation skills
- Excellent command of English
Desired Qualifications
- University degree (Master's or PhD is considered an asset)
