Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting environments; build executive KPI dashboards; create scalable data models and DAX calculations; automate data pipelines across CRM/ERP/finance/operations; implement AI-powered reporting with Copilot/Azure OpenAI/OpenAI APIs; translate stakeholder needs into actionable BI insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Power BI Development, Data Automation, or Data Consulting roles
- Proven experience building enterprise-level Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Experience integrating data from multiple business systems and databases
- Experience implementing automation solutions and process improvements
- Exposure to AI-powered business solutions is highly desirable
