Job Summary
Support social analytics delivery across key client accounts, contribute to reporting cycles (weekly, monthly, quarterly) with accurate, insightful outputs aligned to social KPIs, deliver deep-dive analyses across social channels to identify trends and performance drivers, translate platform data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations, build and refine dashboards (e.g., Datorama, Tableau) for various stakeholders, ensure data accuracy across outputs, and collaborate with Strategy, Media, and Client teams to inform ongoing social activity and campaign reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media analytics, insights, or performance roles
- Strong understanding of social platforms, metrics, and reporting frameworks
- Hands-on experience with dashboarding and reporting tools (Datorama, Tableau, or similar)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful, actionable insights
- Familiarity with social listening or management tools (e.g. Sprinklr or similar)
- Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy and delivery
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across teams
- Able to work independently and manage multiple workstreams
