Job Summary
Brand Coordinator (Freelance) supports the AE Brand Team through marketing planning, guides creative execution of the seasonal brand strategy across channels, and captures seasonal hindsights and competitive analyses. Responsibilities include building seasonal briefs, maintaining planning documents and timelines (e.g., marketing plans, imagery plans, cross-functional sharebacks, sizzle decks), organizing product and marketing priorities, coordinating with cross-functional teams on brand partnerships, supporting special projects, managing Monday.com timelines for creative and copy teams, developing pre-season planning deliverables, running weekly cross-functional meetings, supporting activations, and contributing to seasonal channel recaps and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of retail or agency marketing experience
