Freelance Affiliate Campaign Manager (Dutch Speaking)

Job Summary
Freelance Affiliate Campaign Manager to grow GoSpooky’s Speaky creator community and manage affiliate campaigns for TikTok Shop. Responsibilities include onboarding and activating creators, coordinating end-to-end affiliate campaigns, matching creators to campaigns, tracking GMV and affiliate output, and reporting/optimisation. Collaboration with Head of Creator Campaigns and cross-functional teams (Commerce, TikTok Shop, Creators, Sellers, Brand Partners). Requires 1-3 years in creator communities, affiliate campaign execution, knowledge of affiliate marketing mechanics, comfort with creator platforms (Discord/Whop/Growi), strong organisation, and fluency in English and Dutch. Initial 3-month contract with potential extension; ideally full-time but hours flexible. EU work permit required.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience managing creator communities; knows what drives engagement and retention
- Affiliate campaign execution experience: briefing, coordination, delivery tracking and reporting
- Experience with affiliate marketing mechanics; affiliate links, commission models, performance tracking
- Comfortable with creator community platforms (Discord, Whop, Growi or equivalents)
- Organised and proactive; can manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously without being chased
- Fluent in English and Dutch; strong preference for local creator relationships
