Freelance Account Supervisor

Partner with the Project Manager and Planner to manage changes to project parameters affecting timing, cost, or workload, while assisting in writing project briefs and securing signed copies from customers. Orchestrate pre-kickoff meetings and initiate new customer requests, then manage budgetary needs in partnership with the Planner. Lead the creative team through all aspects of project development, ensuring delivery of breakthrough ideas consistent with brand positioning and GSW-W standards. Build relationships with customer contacts and colleagues to provide value regarding tactical strategy, brand objectives, and business needs, while facilitating a cohesive team focused on priorities and client product knowledge. Manage team communication specific to project management and handle high-visibility, large-scale projects while maintaining close individual relationships.
