Job Summary
As the VP of Brand Management for Chase Freedom, lead paid media creative campaigns and owned channels to drive brand and business impact. Responsible for shaping and executing brand strategy, overseeing all paid advertising and owned channels including messaging focus, creative approach, talent integrations, production, channel mix, budget allocations, and ROI measurement. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop game-changing creative and media plans, manage creative assets from brief to trafficking, refine media channel strategy, oversee brand budget and approvals, and build a learning roadmap with analytics to optimize ROI. Guide and develop junior team members, stay ahead of industry trends, and maintain strong cross-team relationships. Travel up to 20% for production shoots.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Advertising, Media, or Brand
- Production experience
- Proficient in trafficking assets
- Expertise in budget management and financial oversight
- Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate diverse opinions and maintain strong relationships
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for production shoots
