Seasonal Dock Hand for Freedom Boat Club in West Dennis, MA. Responsibilities include greeting members, addressing service needs, handling check-in/check-out on handheld tablets, performing equipment checks, cleaning and maintaining vessels and the club location, managing reservation-related clerical tasks (fuel logs, weather reports), learning local waters to provide basic guidance, and upholding company policies with a professional demeanor. Requires background check and drug screen, valid driver’s license, 18+ years old, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and the ability to work outdoors and on docks for extended periods; availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $15.00 hourly with eligibility for Brunswick’s 401(k) benefits. This is a temporary/seasonal position ending around October/November in a marina environment.
