Free-Standing ER RN Nights

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides patient-centered care in an ER setting, coordinating and delivering high-quality nursing care per the nursing process, physician/provider orders, and organizational protocols. Responsibilities include conducting thorough patient assessments, administering prescribed medications, assisting during procedures, collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team to implement care plans, responding to emergencies, providing patient and family education, enforcing infection control, operating medical equipment, documenting care and education, and participating in audits and performance-improvement initiatives. Night shift (7pm-7am) with full-time status; ongoing professional development and adherence to safety standards are required.
