Job Summary
Drive sales and lead the store environment by influencing the brand experience, empowering the team with personalized styling, and utilizing in-store technology for seamless omni-channel service. Manage daily operations including opening/closing procedures, shipment processing, and restocking while maintaining visual standards and inventory accuracy. Mentor the Stylist team, share product knowledge through brand messaging tools, and uphold safety policies to reduce product loss. Collaborate with store leadership to create engaging customer initiatives and drive awareness of key metrics. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
