Job Summary
Conduct personalized customer interactions across all store zones by initiating conversations, sharing product knowledge, and applying omni-channel insights to enhance the shopping experience. Maintain Free People's visual and operational standards while supporting the shipment process to stay current on new arrivals and inventory. Collaborate with peers and leadership in daily meetings to share ideas, participate in store initiatives, and drive brand profitability through safety compliance and loss reduction. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs. This role contributes to driving sales through a genuine, people-first brand experience at our Baltimore location.
