Job Summary

Maintain Free People's visual and operational standards while utilizing technology to enhance the customer experience with an omni perspective. Collaborate with peers and leadership to share ideas, participate in daily meetings, and actively learn current trends and styling priorities. Support the shipment process to stay aware of new arrivals and reship items, while adhering to safety standards, inventory accuracy, and company policies to support store profitability. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs.
