Job Summary
Initiate conversations, share product knowledge, and provide personalized styling advice to every customer across all store zones. Maintain Free People's visual and operational standards while supporting the shipment process to stay informed on new arrivals and restocks. Collaborate with peers and leadership in daily meetings to share ideas on current trends and personal styling priorities. Uphold safety standards, ensure inventory accuracy, and reduce product loss to support store profitability. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs.
